I will go back to the Sichuan Writers Association today for a meeting to receive an award, and I have to fly back in the evening. There is a high probability that I won’t be able to write the second chapter. What follows happens to involve the detailed settings of the Black Tower Control Bureau (B.B.C), so I will sort it out.
