Shen Mo was agile and kept hacking at the wolves that pounced on him, but there were so many wolves in the pack that he gradually felt overwhelmed.
"Shen Mo, be careful!" Lin Yuwei suddenly shouted.
A wolf pounced on Shen Mo from behind. Shen Mo had no time to turn around. At this critical moment, Lin Yuwei picked up a stone and threw it at the wolf. The wolf was hit and retreated temporarily.
Shen Mo took the opportunity to break away from the wolves and returned to Lin Yuwei.
"We can't fight them head-on, we have to find a way to escape." Shen Mo said.
Lin Yuwei pointed to a cave not far away: "There, maybe we can hide in it."
Shen Mo nodded and pulled Lin Yuwei towards the cave, with the wolves chasing closely behind.

The wolves wandered outside the cave for a while and finally left.

They came to an inn and took a room.

After saying this, the man bit the poison in his mouth and died on the spot.

They packed up their things and left the inn.

They found the old man's residence according to the route they remembered.
