"Destroy it!" Adrian shouted as a command as he forcefully enlarged the two portals that he maintained.
As soon as Adrian basically forcefully made the two portals bigger, the numerous players charged towards the chrysalis of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo. All of the players were already briefed while Adrian was opening the portals in front of them. The scene of a large portal suddenly opening in front of the previous area where the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo was a shock, but the guild leaders informed all of them.
Numerous players charged and did not even care about the tentacles attacking them. All of them were already told that the monster that they will need to defeat is a primordial beast. Due to the trust that each guild in the alliance have for each other, the players also trust that they will be compensated even if they died. As long as they achieve victory then a sacrifice of their lives would be nothing.
The sudden influx of players attacking the chrysalis of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo made its large and sturdy health drop quicker than ever. When the other players were not yet there, the best that they could do was drop the health of the chrysalis by 1% every twenty minutes. Now, they are decreasing the health of the chrysalis faster with the same amount for five minutes.
The sudden decrease of the health of the chrysalis is not just the players affecting it but also the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo itself is eating its own shell. Since the chrysalis is filled with lots of nutrients, the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo decided to devour it to empower itself even more. Adrian was worried about this World Devourer title next to the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo but dealing with the problem now is the key to winning.
"I guess we arrived quite late." Anastacia stated as she walked near Adrian.
"So, this is where the real party is happening." Siegfried added as he also walked closer to Adrian.
"It seems that you need some rest." Ain stated as he looked unfazed nor exhausted from the continuous fighting that happened earlier.
The powerful healing magic did not just affect those that are below but also the three Daemos elders above. The magic also reached them which made them more powerful and continued to seal the rift. They believed that they could be able to completely seal it in twenty minutes as long as they are not bothered.
"Does that god on the other side, not stop?" Elder Bronx stated with a tone full of disbelief. "It has been striking at the other side for an almost indefinite amount of time. Even I am running out of patience stabilizing the rift." Elder Koronn stated.
"Stop complaining and work faster but do not let your concentration falter. Just one misstep and that thing could descend to this very realm. If that happens then it would be the death of us all." Elder Ascalor stated which made the other two focus.
While the Daemos Elders had the rift problem, the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo also has one. The chrysalis meant to protect and nourish it has started to falter faster than anticipated. Some attacks from the outside are also reaching its main body that is inside of it. This made the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo impatient as it started to devour its chrysalis from the
inside.
It is now a race against how much the beings outside could destroy versus how much energy the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo can eat. Both sides are inevitably at war with one preventing and the other preparing for battle. Still, the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo made it more difficult for its chrysalis to defend it.
The more the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo devours the energy of its chrysalis, the lesser power it has for attacks or means to defend itself. The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo did not know this as it is a primordial beast with the emphasis on the 'beast' as it is not known for its intelligence. If it was known for its intelligence, then it would have escaped by now when a
lot of beings were now attacking it.
"Should I start, Muscle Head?" Ain asked Siegfried.
"You should do your thing first prissy face. You can soften that thing up regardless of its resistances, right?" Siegfried replied.
"I guess that is true. I shall go first then as your attack will be useless without my aid." Ain stated as he started to do his martial stance.
"What do you mean without your aid? I can attack fine by myself. I am just letting you go first so you could at least participate." Siegfried stated as he started to empower his entire body and crimson flames surrounded him.
"Do they always tease each other like that?" Adrian asked Anastacia.
"They do but that is just more of their playful banter. Their skills are legitimate." Anastacia stated as a blue and red streak charged towards the chrysalis.
